Introduction
The roles and permissions enable the end to end user journey success and regional regulatory compliance for all application users whether they are real estate developers, real estate investors, lawyers and estate agents.
Everyone has to register on the mobile app. The registration process will involve parameters set by realXmarket Regional Operator in Sumsub and Elliptic for know your customer (KYC) and anti-money laundering (AML). Credentials for each section of KYC; Proof of identity, risk warnings, acceptance of terms all require a "true" parameter before a user can access the realXmarket. In addition to the credentials, there are also monitoring flags that can be triggered for a number of reasons; a politically exposed person (PEP) flag, a risk warning flag or anti-money laundering (AML) issue flag. All the users whether they are real estate developers, real estate investors, lawyers or estate agents will go through KYC and AML and be subjected to the same initial personal checks (and company checks) with a few role specific checks like lawyer (having passed the bar exam or a letting agent being a member of ARLA). Once passing KYC and AML, the users will be automatically assigned the roles that they had chosen to participate in the end to end user journey success.
The PEP and AML monitoring will continue throughout the users engagement with the realXmarket app. User access is determined by their state in Sumsub. Access continues when the state in Sumsub is registered as true. Any of the roles can be revoked if the state in Sumsub becomes false. Anyone with their role revoked will be unable to execute specific extrinsics such as buy token, list token, etc. Refer to both and . When the access state becomes false, an event is emitted by Sumsub that changes the state on the blockchain. A three day investigation will take place. If the outcome is a false positive, transactional access will be resumed. If the outcome is positive, the user will be contacted by the regional operator to resolve or the regional operator reports to the regulator.
