Polkadot SDK Versions

• Follow stepwise upgrades: do not skip intermediate stable releases.

• Understand the versioning convention:

  • stableYYMM-PATCH → calendar-based stable release.

  • 1.XX.PATCH → semver-style release.

• Always review changelogs before bumping. Each release can introduce breaking changes at the runtime or node level.
