Build and Package Runtime

Build the Xcavate runtime optimized for testnet deployment:

bashCopyEditcargo build --release --features runtime-benchmarks

Validate that the compiled WASM:

• Is under 2MB (blockchain size limits)

• Includes updated metadata

• Is versioned properly using spec_version and transaction_version bumping
