Register Network with Tanssi DApp

1. Go to the Tanssi DApp

2. Connect wallet.

3. Reserve a Network ID.

4. Choose a network template (baseline or EVM-compatible if needed).

5. Upload your runtime WASM.

6. Submit the registerParachain and registerRuntime extrinsics.
