Create New Region Step-by-Step test guide

Called by the winning bidder to finalize region creation post-auction. Registers the region, creates NFT collection, sets listing duration and tax

1. Go to Developer → Extrinsics.

2. Signer: RegionalOperator who is the winning bidder

3. Extrinsic: regions

4. Call: createNewRegion(regionId, listingDuration, tax)

5. regionId: 1 .

6. Listing Duration: 100 . Each block is 6s. This is 10min.

7. Tax: 20 . This is 0.002%. Take 20000 to make the tax amount of 2%.

1. Submit Transaction → Sign and Submit.
