(Option) Send Property Token Step-by-Step test guide

Allows a verified (compliant) Real Estate Investor to send (transfer) property tokens (asset_id) to another verified investor, while enforcing:

  • AML/KYC compliance,

  • Property-specific ownership limits,

  • Income settlement consistency.

Action:

  1. Developer → Extrinsics → pallet marketplacesendPropertyToken

    • origin: Investor

    • assetId: 0 . The screenshot is illustrative and may not reflect the exact state following the previous steps. The assetId needs to match the listed property by the real estate developer at 4.1.1 List Property.

    • receiver: Investor

    • tokenAmount: 7 . This is the amount that the origin investor chosen to send.

  1. Submit & sign.
