(Option) Send Property Token Step-by-Step test guide

Allows a verified (compliant) Real Estate Investor to send (transfer) property tokens (asset_id) to another verified investor, while enforcing:

• AML/KYC compliance,

• Property-specific ownership limits,

• Income settlement consistency.

Action:

1. Developer → Extrinsics → pallet marketplace → sendPropertyToken

   • origin: Investor

   • assetId: 0 . The screenshot is illustrative and may not reflect the exact state following the previous steps. The assetId needs to match the listed property by the real estate developer at 4.1.1 List Property.

   • receiver: Investor

   • tokenAmount: 7 . This is the amount that the origin investor chosen to send.

• u32: 0 - this should match the assetId above. In this example, Alice send 7 tokens to Bob. Alice's token reduce from 33 to 26 (the middle line of wallet address). Bob's token increase from 34 to 41 (first line of wallet address).
