4.5.1 Lawyer Claim Property

Lawyer Claim Property Step-by-Step test guide

Allows a lawyer to claim participation in a property’s legal process either on:

• the Real Estate Developer’s side, or

• the SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle) side.

Essentially, this function lets a qualified lawyer step in to represent a property transaction before legal finalization, provided the listing is in the legal processing phase.

Action:

1. Developer → Extrinsics → pallet marketplace → lawyerClaimProperty

   • origin: Lawyer

   • listingId: 0 . The screenshot is illustrative and may not reflect the exact state following the previous steps.

   • Legal side: choose between RealEstateDeveloperSide or SpvSide .

   • costs: This amount needs to be at least 1% of the token price from the listed property by the real estate developer at 4.1.1 List Property

2. Submit & sign.
