(Option) Make Offer Step-by-Step test guide

Allows an investor to place an offer on a property listing by locking funds into escrow until the offer is accepted, rejected, or expires.

Action:

1. Developer → Extrinsics → pallet marketplace → makeOffer

   • origin: Investor

   • listingId: 3 . The listingId thatthe investor wants to buy from increases after relist action taken, the number of make offer, handle offer and buy relisted token happened to the listed property by the real estate developer at 4.1.1 List Property.

   • offerPrice: 9000000 . The offer price can be anything that the investor prefer.

   • amount: 2 . This is the amount of token that the investor wants to purchase with the offerPrice above.

   • paymentAsset: choose accepted id ( 1337 or 1984 ).

1. Submit & sign.

The transaction can also be seen in Network → Explorer

Repeat Action (1) and (2) for another investor making an offer

• The result shows the relist tokens that the investors trying to make offer to.
