Real estate investors are people who browse the list of properties available and decide if they wish to invest in a particular property token.
The real estate investor could relist tokens on the noticeboard if they wish to sell a particular property token they own. For those who are interested to purchase more tokens of a particular property as time progresses, there is opportunity to buy tokens in the secondary market.
Description / Purpose:
The buyer or investor in listed properties.
Can purchase property tokens representing fractional ownership of a property.
Holds rights to claim funds or tokens depending on the sale or legal process:
Withdraw funds if a property listing expires without full sale (
withdraw_expired,withdraw_unclaimed).Refund in case of rejected lawyer claims (
withdraw_rejected).
Can vote on SPV lawyer proposals (
vote_on_spv_lawyer), influencing legal representation for SPV-related sales.Can transfer property tokens to other compliant investors (
send_property_token).Must be permissioned and compliant to interact with listings, ensuring KYC/AML rules are met.
Cannot manage listings, deposits, or legal lawyer proposals. They are purely participants in primary listings.
Key Responsibilities:
Purchase property tokens from active listings.
Withdraw funds or tokens after expired listings or failed lawyer process.
Vote on SPV lawyer proposals if participating in an SPV-managed property.
Transfer property tokens to other compliant investors.
Maintain ownership records via

Role Enforcement
Investors without permission or revoked compliance cannot buy, withdraw, vote, or transfer tokens.
