SPV Confirmation (Bot-based)

Description:

The special purpose vehicle (SPV) Confirmation represents an automated system (bot) responsible for creating SPV for a property listing when the last token of the property has been purchased. It does not represent a real person or legal entity. Instead, it performs a programmatic verification step required before the token claiming step for the investors can be executed.

Purpose:

• Provide an automated SPV creation on behalf of the SPV side.

• Ensure that the SPV-side requirements (as defined by the platform logic) are satisfied.

Key Characteristics:

• Not a human role.

• Not linked to lawyer registry or region provider.

• Has no permissions based on identity. Its actions are automated.

• Used to enforce a required “second-party confirmation” step without requiring an actual SPV participant.
